There are some very old versions of Netscape
3.0 which do not support these discussion applications. If your browser does nothing when
you click post, there are two options: 1) Upgrade your browser to at least the 4.0
versions from www.microsoft.com or www.netscape.com; or 2) email your comments to theplan@uwyo.edu.
Select View (to view the plan in your
browser), Comment (to go to a discussion page), or Download (to download the document in
Word 97 format).
